Layer Palletising
Layer making system and product palletising with possible strapping process.
- Table for making layers, forming a predefined group.
- Gripping palletised robot, automatically aligned for layers and pallets.
- Supply of empty stacked pallets by means of motorized sections.
- Exit of full pallets by means of motorized sections.
Options:
- Horizontal line strapping machine.
- Vertical strapping machine for finished pallets
- Table for strapping layers.
- Table for waiting strapping layers.
- Plasticizer machine for finished pallets.
The items can be packages, boxes, sacs, bags, tiles…
- Boxes come into the table from the production line where the layers are made and previously automatically selected by the user.
- The robot collects the layers and moves them to the pallets, stacking them at the previously selected height.
- When the pallet is full, it goes by the motorized sections until the last exit section defined by the customer. The more sections, the more stock of finished pallets.
- Once the layers are programmed and the complete pallet is evacuated, the robot places automatically a new empty pallet to continue the process.
- Option to create 100 programs defined by the user for different products or pallets.
- Option to place intermediate pallets between layers, as well as cardboard sheets.
- Ethernet/Internet connection to control and view.
- Data storage on SD card, creation of files to control production.
- Signal lamp indicating the status of the machine.
- Perimeter fence and accesses according to current dispositions.
- Enlarging of fieldbuses.
- Product stacking up to 3000 mm height.
- Front and/or side pallets placement and removal.
- Anti-collision robot gripping system.

Itemps Palletising
The basic system shall be made of:
- Product collecting point.
- Robot with collecting tool.
- Palletising area on the ground or with motorized sections.
- Option to automatically place empty pallets.
Options:
- Strapping machine for finished pallets.
- Plasticizer machine for finished pallets.
