The packing machine has a bag or mesh feeding unit, a dosing unit, an upsetting unit and a box feeding unit.
The patented upsetting units can receive bags or meshes in a soft way, so the product shall be completely protected.
The opening of the upsetting unit, located transversally to the transport of products, dosing and movement of boxes, enable them to be conveyed in every direction. This also makes easier its integration in a system.
Boxes come into the machine, which divide those using stoppers and prepare them to be filled.
Meshes come into the product’s feeding area.
The machine forms the layer or layers to be placed inside the box depending on the selected program.
Once the box is filled with the selected bags or meshes, the machine expels it and prepares the next one, while the filling system prepares the box loading process.
