The basic system is made of:

  • Depalletising area on the ground or motorised sections.
  • Robot including tool adapted to the type of material to be depalletised.
  • Empty pallets exit and stacking option.

The items can be packages, boxes, sacs, bags, tiles…

  • A pallet places automatically by means of conveyors or, if necessary, an operator places it.
  • The robot takes the products one by one and places them on the discharge area.
  • After depalletising, the empty pallet is stacked to be removed by an operator.
  • Option to create 100 programs defined by the user for different products or pallets.
  • Option to intermediate items to manage delicate products.
