Bin/Pallet dumper per unit

Tilting bin dumper is a machine used to empty bins full of products such as fruit, potatoes or citrus fruits.

It is usually place at the beginning of the line. It has no pneumatics, it works hydraulically. Several types of bin heights are possible, as wells as several height to receive products. The system is automatically set.

Options

  • A dosing unit can be added.

  • Bins are placed manually on the ground by means of a forklift.
  • A lift places the bin on a tarpaulin.
  • The system turns around an axe at empty position. The tarpaulin places itself over the dumping area (dumping position of changeable product.)
  • When the bin is empty, the system goes back to the initial position to extract it.
  • Machine made of steel processed by means of laser cutting, water cutting, bending, electric resistance welding and precision parts made at machining centres.
  • Polyurethane finishing with two components: epoxy paint or galvanised steel.

On Line Bin Dumper

On line bin dumper is a machine used to empty bins full of products such as fruit, potatoes or citrus fruits.

It is usually place at the beginning of the line.

The system adapts to several types of bin and there are two versions:

  • No unstacking machine: Passage of bins one by one.
  • With unstacking and stacking machine: From three to four levels depending on the bin height.

  • Using a forklift truck, bins are placed inside the machine on the reception unit.
  • These bins move to the unstacking unit and the system begins to unstack.
  • The bins go to the dumping unit and adjust to the dumping tarpaulin.
  • Afterwards, the tarpaulin begins the emptying process according to the selected work cycle.
  • When the bin is half empty, the machine goes back and prepares the next one to continue the product line.
  • The empty bin is catch up at a higher level and begins the stacking and collecting processes.
  • Machine made of steel processed by means of laser cutting, water cutting, bending, electric resistance welding and precision parts made at machining centres.

  • Movements are electromechanical.
