  • The machine checks the items that have been weighed are within the established range.

Bulk Filling

  • Machine to fill boxes with a fruit weight defined by the user by means of an electronic weighting system.
  • Feeding chute with multi-band system to obtain more resolution to reach the goal weight faster and precisely.
  • Bottom conveyor of empty boxes entry and full boxes exit.
  • Stoppers to measure out entry boxes one by one until the boxes filling area.
  • Chute with high precision load unit to weight and pneumatic activation to open.
  • Manifold previous to the measuring out of products.

Running is very simple:

  • The machine manages, on the one hand, boxes entry and, on the other, their filling.
  • Weighting and measuring out chute starts to be filled with bands and, as the goal weight becomes closer, it starts the multi-band system to reach the optimal weight as close as possible to the goal weight.
  • Once this is reached, the chute shall be opened to fill the box and remove, so that the next one can enter and continue the process.
  • This process is done in a short time to reach high production levels.
